The fact is that Ingram played great in the first quarter. Passed well, made good decisions, played strong defense. His defense has still been there for the most part, but the longer the game has gone on, the worse his decision making has gotten until it's lapsed into that isoball style again. That's not good.

Just pointing that out doesn't mean you hate him or that you're being unfair. It's just the reality of what he's doing.
Lapses into iso ball?! LoL it was 1 shot!! Another time it was 1 shot after 3 back to back great possessions by him. Only complaint you can seem to give continually is him taking a mid range shot backing his defender down. He is elite at it so when the shot presents itself on a mismatch you take it! Just like all the other great SFs do. Go look up so advanced analytic I’m going watch the game.

If your true intentions are having everyone come around on Ingram then back the hell off and let people talk about his good AND bad.

You will never hear from me it is perfect. Do I need to show the comments of what you said before the trade? Keinrich Williams was and will be better then Ingram? You and PelicanDae were the 2 strongest haters and won’t ever get over it. LoL yea let’s go trade Jrue as well get out of here

Is he not showing improvement from game to game? Evolving his game isn’t going to be done overnight. You have to be encouraged that he’s buying in and looks to be moving in the right direction.

Damn it. We need to go back in time and transplant all of Marcus Camby's defensive knowledge into Jaxson Hayes's body. We need his length to throw at Zingus so bad.

Also, just want to highlight a contradiction in his post there.

''The numbers show you he is elite. But again you only know basketball through analytics''

The numbers are the analytics. If the numbers showed he was elite, the analytics would be those numbers. The reality is that his primary skill is a form of offense that generals 1ppp, which is actually not elite: and the analytics do show that.
    Basketball.

That Toronto game seems to be eating at Nicky. He didn’t even play poorly. Sometimes the shots just don’t fall.

Yep, I agree. I said in game one that although it wasn't perfect, it was far better than anything he had shown in pre-season, and despite the way this game progressed, his first quarter was his best quarter in a Pelicans uniform.

The facts that he has been improving and showing some good signs don't contradict the fact that he's still been far from perfect.

What does ANY of that have to do with me discussing Ingram's CURRENT PLAY? You want people to believe in Ingram like you do, then you bring up stuff that has nothing to do with Ingram or before he was even here?

Even if people wanted to come around on Ingram you'd rather what? No one say anything about him if it doesn't line up 100% with what you think about him? Again. Back off and let people just discuss his CURRENT GAME.

Come on let’s get a win!

I'd like to point out that I 100% support Gentry basically benching all the starters for our bench.

Right on cue Gentry puts the starters back in lol

We have a lot of talented players, and a lot of mediocre head coach.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

LoL because you have no credibility on the discussion!! You said Keinrich was better and were dead serious. Goodbye

Given our rotations, these guys might actually be our starters.

    Ingram!!

I wish Jrue plays a little more like Hart off the penetration. Hart is seriously physical.

So you'd rather no one ever discuss Ingram even if they come around on him if they didn't like him before he was here? that's idiotic.

I agree with this. It is what it is. Gayle likes Alvin

It's Tyreke Evans all over again.

Not my favorite either. I can understand criticism of this one he just made but not in the post where he is elite but some analytic stat doesn’t say it’s the best shot.
