That's not at all what I'm saying, and I've never said Tyreke could pull WCS on this own.
All the Pelicans need is for a team's doctor say he'll be ready for training camp, which is all that we've ever heard about his timeline anyway. Hell, even you have said that's what his timeline is supposed to be. He doesn't literally have to be able to play 36 minutes tomorrow in order for a team to have a reasonable level of confidence in his health for the 2016/17 season.
There have been numerous players with some level of injury concern to sign multi year contracts and/or get traded for this offseason. Tyreke has value. If he didn't, Dell would have and could have dumped him by now the same way Chicago was able to dump Dunleavy, Calderon, and Rose. The reason Tyreke hasn't been traded for nothing yet, is because Dell believes he has value, not because he has negative value, which is what you seem to want to believe.
