If I was a betting man. I'd bet the kings do not match the offer. Also ppl thinking 11m is too much for Evans. If tiago splitter can get 9m then Evans is well deserving of 11m IMO.

They're just repeating what was said after the Evans met with the Kings. Obviously, if he met with the Kings, there's some interest involved from their side.

Makes sense and there is no doubt in my mind that ticket sales will skyrocket as long as they put on a show.

I know people who didn't go to games last year already talking about getting a ticket package. I hope the arena is rocking this season.

Tyreke Evans will be a great player for this team! I hope we get him... Give them any combination of vasquez/lopez/roberts to make this work. If its not evans im worried we will end up overpaying an agong Kevin Martin and i hate his game.

Yeah of course but i think the sales will increase faster with a team that pushes the pace on offense. The casual basketball fan doesn't appreciate defensive minded teams as much. I never hear anyone say there favorite championship team was the 04 pistons.

Haha ok. He just renovated the Arena and rebranded the team to win! He got lucky with the Saints and then built a foundation from it. It's always about the bottom line but i'm not debating that he doesn't want to win. That's just foolish. I can't think of one NBA team that is fun to watch but loses.
