Actually, I gotta give MM credit for his prediction on Jrue's contract. Maybe a week or two ago, I saw on TD where he projected Jrue to resign with us at 5 years for $120 million. That's really close. He got the years right and was only $6 million off the total guaranteed money. I know alot of people enjoy hating on MM and at times it's justified, but the guy definitely does have legit sources within the Pels FO. Actually his prediction was --It was going to make fans sick to their stomachs when the announce the package deal w/ Jrue & Justin & it was going to well exceed 30 million. As of 24hrs before July 1st,MM said it was already a DONE DEAL. Heck, saying Jrue was coming back was a 50/50 prop.

I am kind of on board with MM and the other guys at BSS when I say, I am not so certain that we are a playoff lock. The West got really strong.

MM is actually saying that we ARE a playoff lock. Odd that he would say that, but he has been saying that pretty often (if relatively healthy, of course).
Also said if we get any of the people were targeting we become very dangerous

I guess he doesn't share the same opinion as the other guys at BSS then, because I am listening to the Pod cast and Jake is saying that he isn't sold on us being a lock. I could have sworn a few other of the guys at BSS said the same thing. I personally don't think we are a lock, and that we will be fighting for the 7th or 8th seed.
I saw someone saying that, had we done the Boogie trade right now, we would be as hyped as OKC and Minny are after there big trade.
People already forgot that we have two of the top 15 NBA players because of the other big trades that happened lately.

Your tweets don't refute my point. Are there people on BSS saying we aren't a guaranteed playoff team? Sure. But it isn't everybody and it isn't just MM.
Fine, I don't think we are a playoff lock (remove the opinions of BSS). We will fight for the 7th or 8th seed unless some massive changes happen to our roster.
That's fair. I'd rather wait to see what major transaction is in the works before making a projection one way or the other. As the roster stands, I agree with you, but we have more moves to make.

I see Warriors Rockets as sure locks. But then, Spurs Thunder Wolves Jazz Blazers Nuggets Grizzlies Clippers and Pelicans can all go 3 to 11 depending on how the season goes. The gap between all those team is very small.
Only team out the playoffs are Suns Lakers Kings and Mavs to me.

If Dell swings the major trade deal of the year gets us a impact player then Yes Healthy we can push the envelope.
