My gut is that it will be Hopson and Babbitt

I guess we'll see, wanted to keep Babbitt but I'll take Casspi. Think he's a nice fit

Like the left hand finishes in traffic.

I am officially calling it an upgrade

I think the original plan was in place and this Ariza thing came along. Dell said to help do it, he wanted Casspi and is essentially trading Babbitt for Casspi in this scenario. Which fits better if they need a backup 3

Rivers makes about 2.3 doesn't he?

There are conflicting reports on Hopson's salary. I am hoping it is just him. But we will know soon enough. We still haven't heard any word that Babbitt will definitely be included. Have been told Hopson this whole time.

BTW - I am sorry about the Frodo's kid clue. I thought his name was Hobson. Hobbit Son - Hobson.

Sorry, I am terrible at clues

LOL - hope we can keep Babbitt but not a huge deal either way.

Apparently we don't have to trade Babbitt, another point for Dell!

You gotta admit. The Gerald green correlation was pretty legit

I want to see the counter arguments for this offseason now. Lost Morrow, Roberts, and Aminu. Gained Asik, Casspi, Smith, Young, and another SF is coming. Kept every single core piece and all the prospects with upside. This team is super deep, young, and still has room to make moves.

Dell worked magic this summer. Hats off.

So we kept Babbitt? B/c that's all I really care about now that I realized that we apparently can't even trade Rivers for a Gatorade cooler.

Looks that way. This team is super deep. 5 very good guards, 7 legit big men. Casspi and now just need to add another SF via the Room exception. Looking good.

So, does Dell get to grandstand about math and analytics at the Sloan Conference this year, or is he still not smart enough for that crowd?

Because it looks like he took their Godfather to the cleaners this offseason.

My guess is guys like Pelton will have no clue everything it took to pull this off, going back to last season. Months of work. Finding the nooks and crannies of the CBA. Props.

Great moves..now everyone can breath. So, let's speculate on who Dell brings in with the exception..

I'm sure having Loomis around helps a bit too. That man made miracles happen with the Saints this offseason.

McNamara, I see Houston used Casspi mainly as a perimeter four last season. I've thought of him as a SF. Thoughts?
