Thread: 2014 Playoffs - Geaux CP3

I hate 7 footers that shoot 3's. If Bosh shoots 1 more 3, I'd sit him for the rest of the playoffs. He's 7 feet tall but won't go in the paint. New age bball sux. I'm not a d west fan but the way he plays is the way a 4 should play. In the paint

  2. #577
While I'm ranting, chalmers sux too.

Time for DWade to hang em up too. And there goes bosh with another long jumper

Bosh still shoots 2s better than West and also has a much higher TS%. The one thing West does clearly better is get more assists.

    It's a great site.

I need to learn how to use stats.nba.com more effectively, though.

Not really. I just hate bad bball and 7 footers that shoot 3's is bad bball to me

I'm glad Indy took game 1... hope they win the series... I really want Miami out... plus I am still a David West fan

Yeah, I still want West's team to win, too. I really wanted both the Pacers and Clippers to make it to the Finals this year so I could be happy no matter which team won.

I just can't stand the Clippers enough... even CP3 can't get me to like them

Griffin and Barnes are the only ones on the team I don't like.

I just hate their brand looking for bail out calls. I also know I'm being hypocritical because every good players is yelling or acting like they got shot on every play. I don't know why though the clippers seems flagrant with it and it gets under my skin. I really wanted to root for cp3 after here too.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

If you hate bad ball, why in the **** do you want the Pacers to advance. They play some of the ugliest and worst offense I have seen from a highly seeded team in quite some time.

D West yells "And 1" after every shot he takes

Chris Paul should get most of the blame for the Clippers loosing. I loved Chris Paul when he played for us. But in 2008 which was the best team in franchise history. The thing I will always fault Paul for was in game 7 against the Spurs. Why in the hell was Pargo taking so many shots in the 4th quarter of that game 7. Chris Paul should have demanded the ball on every possession, either to make a pass for an open look or take the shot himself. Instead we had Pargo taking shots trying to be Michael Jordan down the stretch of that game. Paul is a great point guard but for some reason he gets the least amount of blame for a superstar for not winning in the playoffs. He choked it big time in game 5 of that series. That was a big time choke. 3 horrible plays back to back and I remember Collin Cowherd saying the day after he just had a bad minute. BULL CRAP. When you are a superstar you don't do that in crunch time I'm sorry. Not in this league. I just do not think he is the great leader everybody says he is.

When I see him say that but they don't call a foul when he misses, I say "And none!"

No fence straddling. If I had to choose who I wanted to move on I'd say the heat. Pacers are too up and down. The finals would be one sided in the west's favor

See..I don't think so. I think pacers win it all. We shall see won't we?

Spurs are going to win it all. And in convincing fashion.

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

If The pacers were to win, it would just be more proof that bigs are essential to being a champion. They have a traditional 5 and 4. Back to the goal players not these bigs that wanna be finess players.

Edit: I don't know what I did to make this breaking news

This season reminds me of the Bulls title season from 93. MJ was clearly the best player in the league (and world), but lost the MVP to a great player that had a monster year. The Bulls looked flawed and vunerable during the season (relatively speaking) and after waltzing through the first two rounds they didn't have home court in the ECF against a peaking Knicks team. They went on to defeat an impressive looking Suns team that also had home court.

Personally, I don't care how good SAS, Indiana, or OKC looks. This about LeBron and the magnitude of his greatness. If he is as great as he appears to be, the Heat will win. This is about a guy who has chance to firmly cement himself with the Jordans, Russells, Birds, and Jabbars of the world. We're talking Michelangelo asking friends if they know anybody who wants their ceiling painted type history. I don't know about some of you, but I wouldn't be so quick to write this guy off.
