Plus we got a 5.5m TPE we can do a S&T still for any player who would sign for that amount(if their team is willing) or we can trade for a player of that amount under contract.
except for the fact that we didnt get a TPE since we are under the cap

We do not have a $5.5 million TPE. All we have left after resigning Gordan is our one full midlevel exemption ($5M).

No way, didnt you know that if we didnt sign anyone it means Demp didnt try to do anything at all, and he's the worst GM in the world?

Trading jack was depressing enough. Im glad EJ is resigned and i hope he finds a home here. Not literally mind you lol im sure hes found one.

That is a good point it's one thing to say we see Austin as a pg its another to prove it. Also Jack very well may have discretely and professionally requested a trade in private.

I think you forgot about Rashard Lewis salary we don't have any cap room now after EJ signed.

But you are correct about the TPE I forgot we were under the cap now that trade doesntr make much sense. I guess they really didn't have minutes for Jack but just giving him away doesn't make much sense..

this whole fiasco will just be a thing of the past once he tells us he's dedicated and we show him the fan support in return. if we get Scola with a bid, we're just a Center away from the playoffs already

some of the things he said, unfortunately, i will never forget. but look at it like this, he may not have gotten the 58 million if e had never said those things. in that situation i would do the same thing for 8 million dollars.

So, how long until EJ's handlers script some backpedaling apologetic-yet-optimistic statement?

  20. #45
i hope gordon brings his hard hat
