DID WE JUST GET BASS?
Crap. Don't give me this garbage, Bilas. They shoulda got Turiaf or Taft.
Should have been Gomes or Turiaf. We'll regret it.
Good pick guys, should sell some Tigers on the team also!
ESPN guys love him. Said he's a great pick, a solid citizen and a very good rebounder.
This is just for freaking marketing purposes. No way can Bass come and help us. This is a bullcrap pick.
wow.... Very interesting pick... Bass a very underrated player....
The Hornets will be very exciting to watch htis year.... CP3 to JR and Bass will be a hell of a combination
WE NEED TO GET ukic?
Wow. I like Brandon but why pass on Taft and Gomes and MartyA? Those guys have MUCH more upside than Bass. I don't like it..
I am very dissapointed in this pick. We should have takein turiaf. Bass may have been available as a FA.
God Bless New Orleans and God Bless Louisiana.
I'll keep an open mind towards this but I have a feeling Bass will be a deep sub on the bench. I don't see where he gets minutes.
On a different note, Taft and Marty A used to be considered top 5 picks and now they are in the 2nd round. I've never seen a slide like this before.

You all are overreacting, he might take a year to get it right, but this will light a fire under David West's a**.

Why isn't everyone in this room employed by ESPN? Stop reading so much into mock drafts and "expert" player profiles. Had he had another year in college, he may have gotten into the first round. The second round is about potential. Before you call this a reach, let him play 2-3 seasons.
Did you know that 5 out of 4 people have trouble with fractions?
What posiition does he play? He's not tall enough to play 4, is he? And does he have the handle to play 3?
Maybe the Hornets are picking Bass up to be a backup SF. We still may deal Mags to the Pacers for Granger or Artest.
