Fortunately Joe Dumars clearly understands how to leverage assets. "We will take the first decent offer", isn't how you maximize value or leverage an offer but actually hurts your bargaining position but this is who we have. David Griffin and Dell Demps certainly weren't blameless and made or proposed trades that I was/am critical of but Joe Dumbass sure looks like he has a lack of pretty basic understanding of just basic fundamentals.
