If the Pels somehow fail to even make the play-in tournament (very posiible) I have no doubt
Willie Green will be fired. He has this team doubting themselves when it should just be the opposite.
He is failing miserably as the HC.

He’s increased the team’s wins every year he’s been here. It’s Willie’s fault his star player misses a crucial game bc of a boo boo on his finger? He can’t force players to get on the court, either they suck it up and play through it or you sit and risk losing. Our players have been doing a lot of the sitting and losing the last 4-5 seasons. Also players like Trey and Herb haven’t really stepped up in BI’s absence. Don’t think this team is as deep as everyone has been clamoring the past 2 years.
Willie has underachieved (in the regular season) with the roster at his disposal. They have been healthy enough to be in a better position in the standings. BUT- if Willie can make a significant postseason run whilst avoiding the play-ins, you can argue it is a successful season. We are good on the road, we have diverse offensive talent in terms of skillsets and we have some quality defensive players in the roster. Willie should be judged with how he gets the players to perform in the postseason.
One win away from best road record in franchise history. Players out there coaching themselves I guess. Just like last night when one of the worst teams in the league was whipping us in the first half. Ayton and Scoot going off and then second half Ayton was completely shut down. No coaching there whatsoever.
Some would see this as a failure
Record wise this would still be like..a top 5 season for this franchise. Positive progress ever year.
Best away record in the entire NBA, guess that has nothing to do with coaching also.
