I said it before and I still believe it: the talent on this squad is such that even with poor coaching, we should still win 43-48 games a year on average. There's just so much depth and talent.
That doesn't change the fact that Green has serious issues as a coach and doesn't seem interested in fixing them despite a mounting sample size.
If this same squad was coached by Spoelstra we'd win 55-60 games this year.
