Some god-awful shot attempts going up recently, and then we compound it with a CJ foul and Zion TO.
Team just throwing it away.

Basketball.
This coach is an absolute garbage can on every level of coaching.
It needs to said but this team looks better without Zion.
lol what a cluster ********
we have made sengun look like hakeem
Such a dumb team...
When the pressure is on our basketball iq plummets
It feels like the Pelicans don't know how to go to the necessary gear in crunch time
They killed us in points off takeaways. Just take care of the ball and get some damned spacing on the floor. Don?t wait till the last minute to throw your best offensive players on the floor to try and bail you out for your stubbornness and stupidity. We let other teams hang around and that is why we lose. Take away the offense vs. defense argument. The point still stands. We don?t create separation and we lose.
We run, being 100% honest, the most dysfunctional offense in the NBA.
5 all-star level scorers and we don't attempt to maximise any of them. We barely run plays for any of them. Willie Green lives on vibes and platitudes. Our out-of-timeout plays are regularly garbage. We make no adjustments half-to-half.
Is Hawk injured? Just give he Trey and Zion a go. Might as well at this point Willie because you look out of answers
Like I said, this team can easily go 0-12 if not careful.
Quote me on that.
Look at the next 11 opponents. None of those are easy wins.
How do we get this organization to make good hires. What does it take?
I'm going to say it again the Rockets are a good team, under the radar right now.
With our 4 beat offensive players closing out the game we couldn't score at all. The Rockets (led by Brooks) stepped up intensity on defense in the final minutes and we just didn't know what to do offensively.
The funniest thing to me is that against Memphis, we ran nothing for Trey and he was barely involved in it, and he didn't close the game despite us needing shooting on the floor.
Willie Green comes out and says that he knows he messed up. Next game, Trey gets heavy minutes, plays a lot with the starters, goes off from 3 and we win.
One game later, Willie Green reverts to playing Trey mostly with backups and refusing to draw up plays for him.
He's got a sieve for a head. Things just pour out.
