this probably sounds too easy, but I feel it simply comes down to adjustments.... theirs versus ours, and unfortunately, its been a mismatch for a long time now.....

kira is Bust. I don't think he would make most nba teams. untradeable!!!

Hopefully Jose is coming back soon because Kira is giving us nothing.

Is there a shot blocking, rebounding center out there that we can package BI and Jonas for? Jonas and Zion don?t work defensively.

I?m about done with BI, he sucks the life out of the offense. Dribbles the air out of the ball as he maneuvers himself into a contested mid range jumper, or turns the ball over at inopportune times, or passes the ball to a teammate without enough time to do anything.

Hawkins is a revelation. Fearless shooter and smart basketball player.

You can win with Zion if he can ever stay healthy. But you need to commit and build a team around him. BI and Zion don?t work. Jonas and Zion don?t work. You need to surround Zion with shooters and a rim protecting, rebounding mobile big. I think we have the shooters now, we just don?t have the center.

    lo. Dude.... he's got speed.

he's got a solid three pointer as well.

he's just not that good at playing basketball.

what's a trip is that every time he penetrates via blowing by his man or even in a break situation.... he gets to the goal and seems absolutely lost in regards to what move he's going to do. (ex. lay-up. finger role, dunk. jumpshot, floater ect.)

it's imperative every player develops a move from within 5 feet feet of the basket that is absolute money....muscle-memory yada yada

    he doesn't have one somehow

I remember his draft year, I spent most of it pretty confused as to why he was rated so highly - I had Maxey over him clear. Then, as the draft came closer, I got convinced by some other people both on here and on Twitter who were super into him, and I ended up being like ''I guess Kira must be good, I'd like Maxey but I'd be happy with Kira too''.

Then we drafted Kira and look at Maxey now. I should have stuck to my guns, dangit
    Basketball.

I remember people on other sites comparing him to Fox

It sucks though cause this is supposed to be his time to shine with jose out and now with cj out.

He still has the burst after the injury, but he still can't shoot. Unless that miraculously changes and fast, he's not going to make it here.

He was 44% last year, but that was on only 34 attempts. For his career he's under 31% and is at 8.3% this year (1-12). He is far, far from having anything resembling a solid three pointer.

He really doesn't. I hope he balls out getting time with CJ out, so that we can maybe recoup a 2nd rounder and not have to pay heavily to dump him to save Gayle money.
