Am I missing something with this? Mavs picked #10 (Wallace) then traded him AND another player to OKC to get #12 in return? Was it a way to dump a contract, or are there more pieces to this?

What I heard was that not only are the medicals bad, but he had some rough workouts.

Still, his on court talent is there imo. Could be a steal lower in the draft now he's fallen.
