EJ LIDDELL IS A NEW ORLEANS PELICAN

THIS IS A LEGIT STEAL
THIS IS AWESOME. PELICANS TEAM OF DESTINY
EJ Liddell to the Pelicans is an awesome value pick. Could play legit minutes right away. Brings value defensively as he’s a great help-side defender, can slide his feet on the perimeter, solid post scorer, and can be a capable spot-up shooter. Nice depth for the Pelicans.

Pelicans last 5 draft selections have been bonkers defensively. And extremely versatile.
Pelicans select Ohio State's E.J. Liddell at No. 41. He was ranked No. 21 overall on @DraftExpress final rankings for ESPN. He averaged 19.4 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.5 blocks last season for the Buckeyes.

In his three years with Ohio State, his 3P% and FT% improved each year.

Low key more excited about this pick than Daniels. Part of it is the value. Other part is just like him as a player.
SL should be fun to watch again. Assuming they dont move him.
EJ Liddell walls off Paolo in the post and then perfectly times the block on his jumper. He’s a special defender pic.twitter.com/DLAHPHExku

I don't know much about EJ but I've read that he has a very high BBall IQ... you can never have enough of those guys on your team. Excellent pick.
Good we are not trading it

He was an excellent college player.
Freshman season: 19.2% from 3, 0.8 attempts per game. 71.8%FT, 2.7 attempts per game.
Sophomore: 33.8% from 3, 2.8 attempts per game. 74.6%FT, 5.4 attempts per game.
Final season: 37.4% from 3, 3.8 attempts per game. 76.5%FT, 6.9 attempts per game.
College career 52.8% FTr, which is good; 57.7%TS over the three years too, also good.
Sure but even if he had the desire and the discipline, Paolo is 6'10 250 and he'd push Jax around. EJ is only 6'7 but he's also basically 250 so it works out.
I don't want to say he's like PJ Tucker because that's like the lazy person's description of a smaller guy who is strong and a bit heavier who can guard in the post even despite not having a huge vertical, but he's a bit like PJ Tucker in that way
This list was not about the best movies but my favorite movies. **♂️ I ranked them on which ones I enjoyed the most.

A vital piece of clarification in all film crit

I am seeing no theories on why he dropped so hard? Every mock had him early to mid twenties... Are other GM's really still dumb and not looking for those 4-year high-IQ defensive already-developed Battier types?
