I have confidence that the talent on the roster can be impressive, and can get us deep in the playoffs (if they develop properly), but the right set of coaches need to surround them in order to get them to that level.
Also, I wonder if Griff will blow his load on a 3rd star for this team. The time is now, this is his make or break year.

Weatherspoon is going to get the job imo. The players really respect her and connect with her. Stan wasn?t a good fit and I?m glad Griff fired him. We can do something similar to what the Saints did. Peyton and Brees came together and brought energy to the team. We need that. I expect them to go after Beal or Lillard. Something huge. I would go all in for Lillard. Give multiple first round picks and do a sign and trade with Lonzo and/or Hart to other teams if needed. Do EVERYTHING possible to get him.

Just hire T Spoon.
She reportedly has good relationships with basically everyone on the team, Zion has spoken about her glowingly, she's had good stuff to say whenever a camera comes into her vicinity, and while it's still a coaching change, at least she's already part of the team which minimises some of the "3 coaches in 3 years" turmoil, insofar as one can minimise such things.
If we hire Jason Kidd I'm going to post very mean things about a number of people.

I hope Griff doesn't hire based on "biggest name". Anybody that makes decisions like that need to go.
