Zion is taking and hitting more shots farther away from the basket. Not yet from Brandon range, but it is great to add that to his skills.
From @ESPNStatsInfo: De'Aaron Fox joins Kobe Bryant (2005-06) and Damian Lillard (2020-21) as the only players to score 35+ three different times against the Pelicans in a single season.

Both Lillard and Fox have dropped 35 on us this season three times each
Brandon Ingram has been so much better with him being more facilitating and working for better shots in the clutch.
Fox is now up to 40 points for the second time against us this season.
Reminder that Bledsoe got all-D spots over Jrue.
Brandon’s had a good game
I'm still trying to understand how we get a flagrant for Barnes landing on the man's shoes.
We escape with the win, that's 3 in a row - matches the Pels longest win streak of the year.
Yikes. We need more shooters. Thankfully BI was up for it.
So what happened to the new JJ?
Nevermind. I found the answer

Which is also a concern, and why the NBA has already announced they're going to look into rules regarding unnatural shooting motions.
But the reality is that most jump shots naturally carry the player slightly forward. If you're a defender you know that, and you also know that you get called for a flagrant if they land on you, and you should account for that. Gotta play by the rules as they are, not as you wish they were.
I understand giving the shooter space to land, but again, there is no intent to injure there. It's basketball. It's a contact sport. The fact they are being awarded 3 free points is enough.
This has gotten beyond ridiculous.
