Hoping for a come-back from a pretty shameful loss last game, the 4-3 Pelicans take on the 2-4 Thunder, at home.
Not too much to say really; we've already played the Thunder once this year and it was a pretty definitive victory; we won by 33 points, and didn't trail for even 30 seconds after the first minute of the second quarter. Hopefully we can see a repeat performance of that kind of victory. In fact, last game VS OKC Zion only played a grand total of 14 minutes due to foul concerns, so if he can avoid that maybe we can see an even more definitive victory. Not necessarily in terms of the final score, but the style of play.
Oklahoma is in a funny position where they have a bunch of young talent and some of them are even starting to put it together (SGA) but they're far from cohesive as unit and there are clear holes in their roster. We're in a similar position, actually, in some ways, but our talent is generally a little bit older and we have some more useful veteran presence in the form of Adams [who they lost and didn't really replace] and Bledsoe coming back to reality. If Redick can finally bounce back, we'll really be cooking.
Let's just hope for another win and get up to 5-3 heading into our final home game before the Torture Chamber of a road run.
