At least Stan has the wisdom to throw NAW on when we are getting whooped. We have to solve our bench problems and Stan has to figure out a way to get this offense (specifically Reddick and Bledsoe) ticking. It’s all well and good to talk about an inside out offense, but you have to have SOME spacing.
And also, Melli has been killing us. That turnover on the rebound completely shifted the momentum of this game.
Well, we're down 22 and it's 4:15am so I'm off to sleep and I'll watch the second half tomorrow. It'll either be happily, if we win, or with frequent pauses and a drink if we lose.
If there is one good thing to come out of this game is NAW gets in the rotation and Melli's useless arse can sit and reflect.
Start Kira and NAW in second half. If we are not playing to win the game, and are willing to endure 'growing pains', then grow a couple and let our '2023-24' Pelicans take the hits.
I'm only hoping they split this road trip. If they can split and get NAW steady minutes I call that success.
On the bright side it looks like the forecast is going to call for Kira
I honestly just want consistent shooters and defenders on the wing. Sheesh.

Embarrassing rewatching those clips on TNT halftime. We're getting exposed on national tv, and we deserve it.
game can be summed up in two stat lines....Sun 17/17 ; Pelicans 3/8
and
Sun 47.4% ; Pelicans 9.1%
We can't defend the perimeter and we foul on the interior.

SVG has said that the strong 2nd half performances have been because the guys on the team stepped up to play better. He may need to yell a bit tonight
