Dude is evolving ). And you probably didn't mean this but I don't think Zion's a poor decision maker. Honestly if his handle didn't regress from college to this season like it did and he was given the keys to the offense people would be shocked at how good of a passer he is. Probably the best decision maker of the group tbh.
I listed Zion solely because I was putting together a starting five and I refuse to consider that he would be moved he's not a poor decision maker. I completely agree that of that list, Zion might well be the best decision maker already.

I know that Mitchell has improved, but that doesn't change the fact that he still constantly makes plays that leave me scratching my head.
    Basketball.

Yeah it's kinda funny how much you look at the Lakers roster and consider what they need, and it literally just is Jrue.

They need a guy who can play off ball and on ball, who can shoot a bit, preferably at least decent at pullups, but who isn't a specialist, who can create offense for himself and others when Lebron is sitting, and who can actually play serious perimeter defense without being completely overwhelmed in the paint.

That is literally Jrue, to a T.

We're only in the third quarter and Embiid looks ready to go home. I've said it before, but he's maybe the most unreliable star in the league when it comes to mentality. The minute he faces adversity he folds like wet tissue.

  5. #205
Embiid being totally shown up by Theis

  6. #206
    It's Grant time

  7. #207
Joel Embiid with his patented ''just stand there ball watching for 11 seconds on offense before starting to bother to post up, and then don't fight for position at all'' technique.

Horford fumbles it out of bounds, but the pass was too high anyway.

Just worth saying, Horford has been really mediocre for the Sixers this year

Do you think the Sixers would do Horford, Thybulle, and a first for Jrue and a second or two? He has been a really bad fit for them and that contract is going to be ROUGH on the back end.

I think they love Thybulle and so wouldn't do it, but Jrue could really help them.

They might but I wouldn't lol

From the Pels side, the Sixers side, or both?

Pels side. Horford might not actually be quite as washed as he looked this year, but he's still on a really bad, long contract for a guy as old as he is and as unproductive as he is. Not a fan of acquiring him at this point. I like Thybulle but I also have issues with him that I'm not really resolved on yet.

    Yeah, agreed on Horford.

The idea would be you pick up a wing stopper and defensive playmaker for the future in Thybulle, and you get that and another pick for the war chest by picking up an albatross of a contract (though think Horford may still be able to help the Pels some next year) and downgrading in terms of the player.

It totally depends how you feel about Thybulle. I am a fan and and so would probably do it.

    Clips vs Mavs lets gooooo

  15. #215
The Clippers went up something like 18-2 last game against the Mavs to start, and ended up winning.

    Mavs start this game 12-2

Do we see a similar end?

  16. #216
Doncic sinks a stepback 3, ended up being maybe a 26 foot shot

  17. #217
Awful transition D for the Mavs, Porzingis needed to sink directly into the paint for that and instead he essentially got backcut by Kawhi

  18. #218
That's two straight fouls where PG13 has fouled Luka and they've waved off the shot when 90% of the time they'd call it

They're in the bonus so he goes to the line this time anyway but man, annoying

  19. #219
Doncic's patience as he goes into the lane is so valuable for the Mavericks, he's just absolutely unflappable

  20. #220
Porzingis missing point blank always confuses me. How do you miss when you can literally drop the ball down into the hoop

  21. #221
    Porzingis nails a 30 footer

  22. #222
The Mavs constantly run this little screen and pop flip which ends up with Doncic in the lane with his man in jail and it's such a neat little movement they use

  23. #223
Chris Webber on the broadcast the other day ''nobody can flip the switch, it's arrogant to think you can flip the switch now it's the playoffs, nobody can do that, you have to build up habits so if the Lakers aren't ready they can't blame anyone but themselves''

Webber tonight ''you can see from the Clippers body language that they're about to flip the switch on defense and turn it on.''

    Just a completely useless commentator

  24. #224
Chris Webber, yet again, has no idea what he's talking about

  25. #225
Doncic in the first half of his 2nd ever career playoff game: 22/6/7 on 58% shooting, 4/6 from 3

11 turnovers last game, 5 in the first quarter. 1 so far tonight.
