3years 75 million. Start at $26m, finish at $24m. Contract matches talent. 4 for 95 might be too much but that's an offer he will get from some upstart.

If that were the real cost they would already have a deal. Jrue is 10 plus yr. vet. It would take a 4 yr 130 mil deal for him to stay w/100 guarantee first three yrs and a CO/PO of 30 the final. And that may not be enough. If any west coast teams really want him they will pay 35-40 per on 1 yr deals. BY THE WAY, nice post, great article find.
I thought this quote was very interesting. Not a single mention of AD as a star leader. But then again, we always knew that.
A proper legacy for a proper leader. Chris Paul was the first (only) bonafide star leader of the Hornets, New Orleans edition. Jrue Holiday is the first of many leaders of the Pelicans brand of New Orleans basketball.
People in LA are learning that AD isn’t a leader. Do any of you guys venture to the Locked on Lakers podcast? They have been mentioning this for a while now. They like having him (and who wouldn’t) but they realize that he is pretty high maintenance for a guy that isn’t a leader.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.
