Good start for Ingram tonight. Osman is a good matchup for him, since Osman can't defend anyone.
    Basketball.

That BI 3.......we NEVER get rolls like that. Good omen.
BI, Zion, and CJ had a net rating of +3 when on the court together. BI and Zion had a +13.4, BI and CJ had a +13.2, Zion and CJ was just +5.4.

BI and Zion worked. BI and CJ worked. It was CJ and Zion and all three together that didn't work.

Lonzo showing off his lack of touch at the rim. A reverse layup attempt flies 5 feet above the rim and completely airballs over the other side.

''Bad D all the way around!'' says Joel, and he's right. Everyone went traffic cone mode for a second there

We cannot afford to be bad defensively against the Cavs. They are a bad offensive team. Get it together.

I'm going to pop a blood vessel from all of our missed layups (thinking of past games, too).

I dig the new Cavs look.

Gotta say I'm liking Zion's work as a screener early.

  8. #33
Jrue sinking that 3 is ridiculous

  9. #34
Ingram just threw a lob to Zo, if Zo was 25 feet tall

  10. #35
Not really sure why we're so intent on excluding Zion from all offensive actions so far tonight. H

Lol at Jrue completely stonewalling Love in the post

Jrue just made Love look like a damn fool

Remember how I said that Zion has all-defensive upside, potentially even DPOY if he reaches his 1% outcome on D?

Dude's in his first road game ever, 4th game back after playing 4 total games in the last 10 months.

    Jrue's on world-beater mode again

  15. #40
Just don't bother going at Jrue in the post. Don't bother. You can be 6'11 and 260lbs and he just doesn't care.

BI's shot is falling and that could be very veryyyyy dangerous lol

    4pt play for Ingram!

  18. #43
Hoping this can be Ingram's bounce back game after a couple of really awful ones

  19. #44
Jrue with the spin-move through 3 defenders for the lay-off to Jax, and it's an and-one.

    Jrue's on it, guys.

  20. #45
Jrue has 11 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, on 67% shooting in 11 minutes

  21. #46
Jrue just defended both men in the PnR at once and deaded the play. Jeeeeesus.

  22. #47
End of the first, up 6 at 40-34.

Good offense, scoring happening all over, but outside of Jrue the defense has been extremely spotty. Couple of nice plays here and there (Zion completely destroying Sexton was a good one) but mostly lax, and too much traffic cone defense early. Need to see that tighten up.

  23. #48
Great bullet pass from Zion to the corner, JJ should have just taken that

  24. #49
    Defense looking baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

Looks like both 'Flash' and 'Crash' has shown up tonight.
