You can't just watch someone miss a shot and pull them.

Gentry needs to wake up and make the smart rotations. Put the players in the position to execute. Either they do, or they don't, that's up to them, but you can't panic whenever a guy misses a shot and start throwing random stuff at the floor. This is panicked coaching. Either that or clueless coaching, and neither is acceptable 40+ games into the year.
