We just cannot get over that hump. We flirt with taking the lead.
Every starter is in double figures.
Jrue has a double double.
Let's see if they can close this one out
Up 6 with 2:28 left to play.
Jrue's decision making has been great.
Ingram made his second three, which is great to see.
Maybe all we needed was to stop playing elite teams.
Kenrich is 3/5 from deep. He's been really good in his first start of the season.
Lonzo has to come off the bench
If there is one thing to make for now
Come on guys, use the clock here!
Favors has the double double
Ingram coming up big to close the game. Has been his best decision making of the season this second half. He's benefited a lot from good screening, which we haven't had much of in prior games.
Hey Gentry haters, starting Favors and then going to Hayes instead of Okafor has paid dividends. So too has inserting Redick and especially Kenrich into starting lineup. Gonna acknowledge that or nah?

Yep, congrats to Alvin Gentry for figuring out *checks game logs* 9 games in what pretty much all of us have been begging for since game one, which is for more Kenrich, and using heavier screening action to give JJ actual opportunities.
For some reason we're also supposed to give Gentry credit for Favors getting healthy again which, I mean, fine. Didn't realise he was the team doctor as well but he can have that if he wants.
Favors best game by far. Good to see Hayes make something of his minutes as well. Parts of it were very ugly (we have to take much better care of the ball), but we made a game out of it and took it late. It’s a welcome contrast to throwing games away in the dying minutes. Good win
We just became the first team to win a game in which they had at least 25 turnovers since the Grizzlies in 2001.
Edit:My bad, messed this stat up. It was actually the Miami Heat earlier this season. https://t.co/N2fa8WVUnP

They slowed the game down tonight. It seemed to really help JJ get into a rhythm.
If gentry is a serious coach ball cant immediately step back into the starting lineup
This is what happens when our players actually step up and do their job. Comical Gentry gets nothing but the blame but can’t get any credit when we win with people acting as if this is what we should have been doing.. what we should have been doing is having our players actually hit some shots in those previous games and we have a winning record.
