    WTF Jrue!?

  2. #177
On the upside, apparently Kevin Knox just hit a put back dunk on the wrong basket. So at least nobody has done anything that stupid.

Lonzo has to continue taking 3s when they are there. Let’s remembwr it’s developing and we knew this!

  4. #179
Yes. this is what I want from a Pels offense. Lonzo iso 3 - miss. Ingram iso jumper - miss. Lonzo iso 3 - miss.

  5. #180
Lonzo should NOT have 8 3pt attempts through 2 and 1/2 qtrs compared to JJ's 2. I'll go as far as to say Lonzo should never have 8 3pt attempts in any game.

This ultimately falls on Gentry. If he can’t get his guys to show any consistency, that is on him. You don’t go from that first quarter to what Jrue and Co put out. And yet again, the bench is saving they azzes

Love to play isoball for two quarters straight. It's good basketball. Really. This is what Kobe taught is. This is what effectiveness means. Beautiful game. Beautiful game.

Ingram is actually having a solid game on offense and defense.

I seriously think our bench routinely beats our starters in practice (with Zion out). They just fit much better than our starters.

Maybe Frank should start in place of JJ..

Frank and Walker are so good at the 3 on the dribble

Ingram has been one of the few bright spots on our team. I wish he'd take less iso shots but that's a minor complaint when we've got such other glaring issues.

He makes me scratch my head at times, but I agree. Ingram is showing more than Jrue has discarding that 1st quarter.

They'll probably be less of that when the offense is settled. I think guys are still acclimating.

    Liking the grit.
BI, Zion, and CJ had a net rating of +3 when on the court together. BI and Zion had a +13.4, BI and CJ had a +13.2, Zion and CJ was just +5.4.

BI and Zion worked. BI and CJ worked. It was CJ and Zion and all three together that didn't work.

Somehow we still have a chance at this game if we just play one good final quarter. This is still winnable.

Just do that first quarter thing again.

That iso shot you complain of is elite.. 89th percentile and is not a bad shot at all. Having a much smaller defender right near the basket is a great shot especially when you are one of the best shooters in that situation. It’s not a bad shot for Kawhi who literally willed his team to an NBA Championship with the same “iso” shot you are few others seem to keep complaining of.

lol.. He'll do that, I find myself scratching my head at times as well. Overall he'll be pretty good though. Just gotta remember how young he is.

I don't care if it's elite. An elite bad shot is still bad. It's about points per possession. What is his points per possession on iso shots then we can talk about it.
