    WAH!!!! WAH!!!!
Where did I call for any firings? Where have I said anything negative about the rotation tonight? Where have I complained about Gentry figuring out the rotation? You want to disagree with me calling out Jrue that's cool. But let's not play strawman games to do it. JRUE DESERVES CRITICISM. My point wasn't that we should trade Jrue now. WE CANT TRADE HIM RIGHT NOW because half the league is on contracts that can't be moved until December 15th.

But let's call it how it is. If Jrue keeps this up, we SHOULD seriously consider moving him before he damages his trade value. Our team has a serious issue with our starters not fitting correctly currently, maybe they figure it out but I think it's highly likely we end up moving someone before the deadline.

I had to defend Jrue as one of like 3 people around here who thought he wasn’t hot garbage we should give away. Don’t tell me I have to defend him just like Ingram again?

No. I'm blaming Jrue for playing like a scrub. Let's also not pretend Jrue didn't help build up the talk either. Expectations were set and Jrue isn't even playing at starter level so far much less MVP level.

Geez Luiz. People wonder why Anthony wanted to leave. Gotta be less complacent. We dominated the 1st quarter then take our feet off the gas

I'm curious if you're watching him on defense. His scoring has been definitely down, but throughout both games his defense has been absolutely top tier, and in this game his passing has been high quality too.
    Basketball.

It’s true, if Jrue is playing like butt, you call him on it, he is playing like butt.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

    Jesus guys, PASS.

I do not, not, not, not like seeing Lonzo iso-balling into pullup long twos.

Love how Lonzo is looking shooting off ball.

Sorry, but in second game Jrue is playing like a rookie.

Come on Jrue lead these guys. There’s plenty of game left.

Then say he needs to play better. Saying we need to trade him makes you come off as illogical.

Dorrel Wright is like Corey Brewer. Not particularly good. Just constantly getting to the rim on us.

The whole team started the game well. We subbed them back in and this is how they respond. We need consistency

I disagree about his passing being top tier. His defense has been good at some points but MVP is not just defense. He MUST step up his offensive game. It's not just about defense anymore for Jrue. He's the leader. He's supposed to be the man. He needs to BE the man.

    Great D by Ingram!

Pels need to run offball stuff with Redick when the offense slows down. He’s the best stabilizer on the team.

Yeah, and I'm not saying that he's been playing at an MVP level. I'm just saying this idea that he's somehow been ''a scrub'' is weird. Maybe you use a very different definition of scrub to me, but my definition of it doesn't include ''all-defensive level contributions''.

That was an awkward way to fall. Jrue made me hold my breath.

I feel like this lineup wil work better with NAW in for JJ.

I like JJ. But this team needs him in the 2nd unit IMO.

Then represent my argument like this instead of trying to strawman me by misrepresentation of what I'm saying. If your criticism is I wasn't being logical in my statements about Jrue then hold yourself to the standard you are asking me to be at otherwise we will get nowhere in converstations.

I will rephrase my original statement to make it more clear: If Jrue continue his abysmal play, it should be strongly considered to trade him before the deadline while he still has good value.

I do not think by ANY means he has been all-defensive level contributions so far.

    Then we're watching different games.

Doncic has 15-8-8 not even through the 3rd qtr with Jrue as his main defender. If this is all-defensive level then the NBA's level has decreased immensely since last season.

God I can't stand Lonzo on this team.
