Laker Fans are losing their mind with Klay being hurt. Claiming they got the chip locked up for next year. Ive never seen a fan base so entitled and thirsty for relevancy and championship. They want to fleece as hard they can to keep their depth.

I completely agree with you on Griffin knowing Ainge knows about Kyrie. I also think Ainge knows Griffin doesn't want to trade to LA.
In my mind, it's like one of those british dramas where everyone knows the other person is bluffing but are both coyly carrying the pretense that they aren't. All speculation, though.
The Klay injury might have the impact of delaying this a few days. We might wait to see if other teams grow a pair, change their minds, and jump in on the bidding. Which could possibly make Ainge blink.
BI, Zion, and CJ had a net rating of +3 when on the court together. BI and Zion had a +13.4, BI and CJ had a +13.2, Zion and CJ was just +5.4.
BI and Zion worked. BI and CJ worked. It was CJ and Zion and all three together that didn't work.
I agree with this. The best deal the Celtics can do, is the best deal they're willing to do by the deadline we set. Either they're willing to trade Tatum or not. Pelicans waited on the hypothetical once, asking them to do it again is rude!
Like, Griff should tell Ainge "if you ask me to f'n wait again, I swear I'll trade AD to the Nets right now!!"
Hahaha. True.
I had a story playing in my head earlier where they ask Kryie what he wants to do and he says, "I must find my answer at the ends of the Earth". And then he sails off on a sailboat to find the actual edge of our flat planet.
Him and Kawhi. No telling what those two will do.
Jalen Rose will either go down a bag of hot air, or a guy who is tapped into the league if his prediction of the Pels shipping Jrue out comes true. Jrue is the one guy we seem to be building around.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.
Sorry if someone posted this but Jalen says to wait til after the draft and let the free agents fall.
I disagree with trading Jrue I don't know where Jalen pulled that from.
This narrative of Gayle not wanting AD going to the Lakers was totally created by the National media. It’s sad that they have to drag her good name into this.
Nobody is spinning it as “you don’t trade great players to teams in your own conference.” No, it’s “she says AD to Pels over her dead body.” Freaking retards.
Look by the time this team is ready to contend in two to three years at the earliest Jrue will be in his 30s so if we clouds get some younger players that fit our timeline that may Benifit us the most . I love Jrue but give him a chance to win while he’s in his prime and help us sit up for the future . I like Jrue and want him to stay but I would understand if he was moved .

I'd have to see the trade before even beginning to speculate on Jrue. Not that I matter. But I think Griffin and even Jrue are like that, as well. If the best asset from the trade is the #4 pick or the 2020 Memphis pick, then yeah, I could see him gone. But if we get Beal or Tatum and Brown, we would be contending possibly even this season now that GS is listing.
And like Taker said, even if we go young, Jrue is the perfect vet leader.
Rose is just throwing mess at the wall.
Such a great feeling knowing the Pels COULD be using the Lakers offer as leverage against the Celtics and knowing the Lakers cannot afford to pull their offer. Ha ha ha ha
Has Jrue come out and said he wants to be a leader?

Jrue would not be smart to pass up an opportunity to lead a young up and coming nba team. it is really a once and a life chance possible. Although all signs say he is sticking around.
We aren’t really up and anything yet. It all hinges on what we end up acquiring in an Anthony deal. As for Jrue, I think people are forgetting Griffin’s comments on Jrue being excited about the prospect of playing alongside Zion. I’m almost positive this would be a decision by the front office and have nothing to do with Jrue.
