It’s been a great season .. AD is a great player but during the off-season AD needs to grow on the mental/leadership side of the game.
He’s gotta become a bigger leader and that means leading on the court with effort every single game . If he makes this leap then that will elevate our team to Another level

Slow moving post beasts are the least type of people to draw fouls in the playoffs
The type of guys who draw fouls are nippy guys like Durant
I feel like Cousins will be doubly as bad in the playoffs. If AD can't draw bulk fouls what hope in hell does Cousins have?

I get where you're coming from, and I think Boogie also adds the threat of technicals/ejections in the same way that Draymond does for Golden State.
That said, Boogie has always had the vital ability to stop the bleeding. There have been a bunch of times through the season before he went down where we'd be behind, the other team would be going on a run, and he'd be that guy to knuckle up and stop it. He can shoot the three (basically 37% is not bad at all), and he actually has a fully developed post game. Where-ever you put him, he's a weapon. There's nowhere he can be ignored on the floor, and he's capable of creating for others.
Plus, he has fire. AD is definitely the better player, but if I need someone to dig their heels in and refuse to go out like we did tonight, it's Boogie.
The team was rolling with Cousins . His turnovers and sometimes poor effort is what drive you crazy about him. But he is an offensive matchup nightmare .
Of course we are better with him . There’s no question. Quite frankly we have no choice but to find out

At the very least i know Cousins would show emotions(for better or worse ) and not simply go out like this . AD laid down on the 3rd which is so disappointing. He can redeem himself in game 5 and end the season the right way
Exactly. If we lose, we lose. Sometimes the ball doesn't go in, and the other team just hits everything. It happens.
But I want to know that the team cares. I want to know that they actually care about that result.
It's up to the coach to instill a defensve culture. I've watched a few Boston games and Stevens would never let this crap happen to them. Even with Kyrie and Hayward out

I'm not sure AD is "definitely" better than Cousins. Not to me. Cousins can take over games and frankly he's more potent than AD on the offensive end for sure.
Cousins is made for playoff basketball and they need him badly right now. He lives for this kind of competition. GS would have no choice but to play McGee and even Zaza.
Demps would be a complete fool not to make signing Cousins top priority.

Either way, Having Boogie, AD, and Mir would be a match-up nightmare. Boogie is a better 3pt shooter than AD as well. Take away the double team on AD. Which will free up other players aswell.

Figures the game we lose gets more replies. Frustration, anger, and despair are always good motivators for posting.
And a better passer and better in iso. And it can't be disputed he's much more of a competitor than AD which rubs off on the team. All things perfect for playoff basketball.
The nba is ruined by gsw. There needs to be some kind of rule to prevent this kind of lopsided unfair advantage. It’s cheating the league. No way the rockets beat them and they’ll sweep whoever they face in finals. The only hope I have is the pelicans are a little bit younger and could resign cousins and if they get lucky they could find a way to get Paul George. Even that probably won’t be enough. If they win the next 2 years I’m done with nba

Golden State get to the finals. KD does a Paul George game one. LeBron averages 50/13/13 and takes them.out in 6.

How long will it take for him to get to that point. The man is who he is. He needs to be consistent with that killer instinct. The whole team seems to be content with not being swept.

A tough loss to the most talented team in NBA history and people can't fathom it lol. Some people wouldn't be happy if we did anything but sweep the Warriors. Last series AD was nothing less then the best player in the world and if said otherwise you were an idiot. Now we lose a game to the Warriors where Davisstill puts up 26 points 12 rebounds and he's all the sudden not an alpha again who can't take over games. LoL just pump brakes fellas
