Man I really disagree w/ Monty not to go with Mekel there
Here is the thing about the Jrue and Reke hate.
I remember posting here back during our glory days of Tyson, DX, and CP3. People hated that Tyson couldn't make a ft (that was it), people hated DX always screaming for a foul (he always did that), and everyone loved CP3 not matter what (unless he was just having a night where nothing was going right, and that was once in a blue moon type rare). There was never the kind of love\hate people here have for Reke and Jrue. My hypothesis as to why is because those guys all had great basketball iq's, and while they might have had one shortcoming, they never multiplied it, or surprised us with new weaknesses. Those are things that Reke and Jrue showcase on a nightly basis. There is no consistency with these guys as there were with those 3 (and even Peja for that matter).
You can say that those guys had time to gel, and played together for a while, but since splitting up and going their own ways those weaknesses they showed then, are still present, and so are the strengths. Jrue, and Reke are finding new ways to frustrate people on a nightly basis.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.
Blake Griffen shooting more free throws than the entire pelicans team. Yea right.

How? Why? Mekel won't be able to keep up w/ CP0. Rivers has more rebounds than AD and 6 assists. He's been playing well enough.

Where were these posts in the first two quarters when he was getting worked by Redick, taking dribble threes with 15 seconds left in the shot clock, taking a layup into three defenders that led to a block and Davis's second foul?

Take out salmons move Austin to the 2 and put Mekel at the 1 .. problem solved
