It's the Pistons that first pissed me off about the EC when they beat Kobe, Shaq, Malone, and Payton. Malone really deserved to win a title so that pissed me off nearly as much as Kobe not winning one. Shaq winning a title with the Heat, which was terrible to watch him leave the Lakers. Then you have the Celtics who formed their Big 3 (Big 4 actually), took KG away from Minnesota to steal a ring from Kobe. Then you have Miami who got their Big 3 Big 4 actually to be able to compete against the West. I've watched Nuggets, Lakers, Kings, Pelicans, and WC games. I don't like the EC style, all the #1 draft picks, and 4pm start times. Add in the much weaker conference and you have me not caring about the EC. Gonna be a great year in the Western Conference.

Afflalo is fool's gold. Looks shiny, but when you try to cash it in ... The team does not necessarily have an All Star. They will be good on offense but they have no defense and don't have a go to option to get a basket. In another year, in another conference they are for sure a playoff team. They probably are a top 4 team in the East.
41-47 win team imo.

I think it just comes down to health. Theoretically if every team had the same health. I think we'd be 7 or 8. I personally think we're better than the Grizzles and Blazers, even with their chemistry being better. And then I could see the Suns being better but I'd probably take us over them, putting us I believe at 7. But honestly this doesn't matter and health will dictate where we and other teams finish.
He knows, he's just expressive.
I'm definitely selling high on Houston this year...and I think the Pels take their spot in the playoffs.
I think they have Lakers/Dwight/D'antoni or Magic/Dwight/VanGundy implosion potential this year in particular. They had a pretty magical season last year w/ Parsons emerging, and winning solved everything. It took the spotlight off Dwight and glossed over McHale's coaching shortcomings. I think if they get some bad luck with injuries or hit some rough patches things could fray pretty quickly...team meetings, disgruntled stars, coach firings/shufflings, etc.
Says a lot that guys chasing rings don't want to be in that locker room. When they lose, it just feels inevitable that Beverley and other dudes with a real competitive nature come at Harden/Dwight for lack of effort. Harden doesn't like the disrespect or just doesn't care. Dwight doesn't like the bad vibes. It reveals that Kyrie-esque double standard for superstars/everyone else that played a role in blowing up the Cavs' season.
Pels at 6th seed...leaping Portland and Memphis, epic CP3 battle in 1st round.
So much hate in one thread. I do not even.
Denver Nuggets missed games:
20 Ty Lawson
20 Wilson Chandler
1 Randy Foye
53 Aaron Brooks
38 Nate Robinson
2 Kenneth Faried
13 JJ Hickson
77 JaVale McGee
Addition: Arron Afflalo
Clearly inspired, whoever made itsADstime.
Still waiting for itsJimmertime to pop up any moment now!
In all seriousness, I could probably come up with a list of 50 fantastic screen names.
