    Asik ($8.3)

    Mavs get:
Aminu ($3.7; estimating based on his value in the past)
    Ely ($1.3 unguaranteed)
    Babbitt ($1 unguaranteed)

We'd be sending out $6 million to make it an "even" trade, no? Then we keep Rivers and Ajinca? We could probably send Dallas one of our 2016 second rounders or something for their troubles.

    I want Jae Crowder

I doubt Aminu being the centerpiece of our 3 way happens. Mark Cuban isn't doing us any favors meaning he'd only do it after his cap space was used which would mean he probably couldn't just absorb Aminu.

I also really hope Morrow is back next year. I would love if our five guards were Jrue, Tyreke, AR25, Morrow, and Russ Smith. That's what I'm hoping for, unless we can get a good return for Rivers. No Roberts and no Gordon. Or as Quailman has renamed him "Gor-dahn".

Maybe if they can't get Klay then they'll do Kevin Martin for Eric Gordon?

Could we jump into that? Would GS want Gordon, so we can get Kevin Martin, while Minny gets Klay?

It's crazy golden state won't give an average starter for a superstar. Their gm must be mental.

This is the same GM that wouldn't give up Curry for CP3, and young Klay for Eric Gordon. Doesn't seem that awful now. I'm not sure Golden State gets much better by trading Lee and Klay for Love.

And as a result, their fan base is mental too. When the Ryno->GS rumor popped up, they were all like, "Oooh, we could get him and keep Klay! Just give em David Lee or Barnes or something!" SMH

Hoping that that is just from the rumors before the Asik deal.

Yeah it doesn't make sense if we're still getting Asik. Ryno fits much better with those two and this team as a whole.

Yeah I don't get this. If we weren't knee deep in the Asik deal this would sound legit. After the Asik deal this makes no sense. Unless they are taking Gordon and even then it still lacks logical.

It has to be. Monroe has enough interest to probably get a near max deal and Anderson is a much better compliment to AD/Asik than Monroe.

Monroe could go to a 3rd team ?? (Not sure if it's possible with a S&T)

I'll be honest....every team I've seen thrown out as being interested in Monroe makes no sense. I think either his agent, or these writers are just throwing things up against the wall. Magic with Gordon and Vucevic, Hawks with Milsaps and Hortford, Blazers with Aldridge and Lopez. I'm not even sure who we could do a 3 team trade with. Maybe the Cavs, but I don't see any SF's I would want.

He shot 39.3% from 3 last year, including 48% from the corners.

Pistons get Anderson, Blazers get Monroe, We get Batum. Other pieces may have to be involved to make it work though. Then we have another trade where we get rid of EG to be able to absorb Asik.

And we would be all over that, but there is just no way the Blazers trade Batum and create a hole at SF for a third big. Just doesn't add up.

That's really interesting. You think POR would part with Batum for Monroe? I always thought POR overvalued Batum...

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."
