RekeHavoc? Where you at? What is the latest on Monty's coaching status? Still on the hot seat?
Three coaches that need to turn things around quickly -- Monty Williams (NOLA), Randy Wittman (Wizards) and Ty Corbin (Utah)

I don't think Monty Williams gets fired mid-season, it would have to go really bad... Wittman and Corbin are real candidates.

RT @DanielVeuleman: Benson has always paid to win. ---> Karl wants to coach, but he'd never interview while Monty is coaching. #BadForm

After the game last night I'm convinced that Monty really has no idea how to use to guys he has on this team. Every time we get out on offense it looks like we are just winging it. It looks so disjointed, so chaotic, so poorly executed.
Im not sure whether it was here or elsewhere where I read Monty and Dell are rumored to have had some disagreements on personnel, if true I think it is definitely showing on the field. Monty just doesn't look comfortable coaching this team.
He's always been bad at subbing, timeouts, half-time adjustments and play calling but we always seemed to have some sort of structure in our offense but it just looks like pure chaos out there 90% of the time.
Maybe its bad coaching, maybe its youth with a slow learning curb, maybe its poor personnel that doesn't fit together. My guess is its a bit of everything. Whats not clear to me is what is the leading cause and what is either secondary issues or non-issues.
Im not completely off the support train for our staff but if the next handful of games look like our last ones Im jumping off the "playoffs or bust" train and trading my ticket in for a ride on the tank.
Because frankly the prospect of a Davis and Wiggins/Parker duo with a supporting cast of Eric Gordon, Jrue Holliday, Evans, Anderson and an Offseason acquisition of a decent center with George Karl running the show sounds pretty intriguing and extremely promising to me.
so still no post game monty interview hopefully thats a sign
A full blown interview isn't the same as saying if you are interested or not. And yeah, interviewing while someone is already entrenched ain't a good look. Hope he doesn't take any openings until then.
For a defensive minded coach, you'd think he could teach his players how to defend the pick n roll.
http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-...st-coach-firedMonty Williams is looking at a lot higher expectations and his team has been considerably worse. Blowout losses to Orlando, Phoenix, and giving the Jazz their first win of the season? New ownership never signed off on him, and Dell Demps may not have a choice if this keeps up.
The fact that I still have a job this morning proves that Tom Benson and Dell don't even watch our games until the Saints season is finished

I say he makes it to January.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Anyone here opposed to the Pels cutting Stiemsma and signing Fab Melo to his roster spot?
