I'm waiting on 2K to release the next gen stuff already.
Yeah man. I'm all over. I heard someone on 2K staff say they couldn't wait until Tuesday. Maybe they shot for this week but couldn't. Either way.

How is Ryno so low?
Like really? Ryno and jsmith lower than rivers?
Pels nets gameplay http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bI_tLQfry8E
And again, overall isn't super indicative. I'm sure Ryno is still one of the best shooters from deep in the whole game.
Plus, they have three levels of releases for jumpers. Quick, regular, and slow. I'd bank that Ryno has a quick release now.
In 2K12 and 2K13 Ryan Anderson would not hit a 3 to save his life, even when he has a 86 on 3pt attribute.
It can be because his "Shot of dribble" is at 61 and his "Shot in traffic" is at 65. Or also cause his shooting mechanics sucks.
In comparison Aminu has a SOD of 60 and a SIT at 65. Rivers has 71 and 68. You know, 2K is completely trash when giving ratings, they certainly don't watch basketball.
For 2K, Aminu and Rivers are also a better midrange jumpshoters than Anderson - 69 and 70 respectively - while Ryno has a 60. Ridiculous indeed.
Ryan Anderson has been disrespected by 2K since long time ago. His 69 rating is an absolute joke. Many of his individual ratings should go up and give him an overall rating of 74-75 at least.

Ryan Anderson 60 for midrange jumper??? SOD 61?? That's really bad, I'm sorry. The only defense I'd have for them is that MAYBE the sample size Ryno does those things isn't that large. But I know I've seen enough times where Ryno will take someone off the dribble from the three point line and either 1) pull up in the midrange and hit the shot or 2) back the defender down a little and hit a turnaround jumper.
I wonder what his ballhandling is also. IMO it should be at least something that's above average for a power forward. Man, you can tell that with some players and teams 2k doesn't really truly scout them and just go on media/casual fan speak. Because I mean hey, before Ryno came here I thought he was just a 3 point shooter too but I was very impressed last year at how versatile his game actually is...he can take defenders off the dribble without turning it over, solid rebounder, has some post moves, etc. Well someone needs to give 2k the memo.
As for Aminu and Rivers, their ratings aren't that bad. Both have appropriately below average ratings for their positions for those areas, I'd say. But yeah, Ryno should probably be higher than both.in SOD, SIT, and definitely MID.
That's a shame.
If Ryno is set up wing left and drives, he'll often drive toward the baseline using his left so he can definitely dribble OK at least with his off hand.
Ball security should be much higher. Even if they discredit his raw ability to handle the ball, he can for darn sure secure it without dribbling it off his foot (Aminu-move) and doesn't get ripped very often. One point above Aminu is just terrible.
I'd say generally that Anderson has the ball handling prowess at least of a below-average SF, so he should be at least at Aminu's 62. But whatever.
Man I've been fiending for wingspans to get in the game for ages. Looks like I might be getting my wish. So glad I'm skipping out on current gen for PS4.
According to an article in the new issue of Game Informer, EA partnered with Synergy Sports ( who , at least as stated in the article,) scout all 32 NBA teams and compile comprehensive data sets. For further info, look into GI Issue number 246 pg. 31. Not saying right or wrong..But that's where they get the bulk of their info for 2k14.
Anyone played the game yet??
They make fun of the Pelicans on draft night when stern says the New Orleans Pelicans select, yes thats right the pelicans.. :l
