He has a really good team, but it would be a huge disappointment if I didn't win the division. But if I have to figure out how to incorporate Jason Williams at the point. I haven't had a A+ handler since Cassell in season two. The current group I have has done well with a fast pace, but I may do better with a normal pace since I have a legit ball-handler. I think the Grizz will have a shot as well at the division.

I agree with most everything said, and I realize I'm at the dreadful place of being in the middle of the pack, but heck my team was 9th seed last year and I didn't even show up to play.
Too be honest the new 4 year rule is the only reason why I offered Barbosa max. He expires with Francis(who will be old) and if it falls through, I have the valuable clean slate to work with.
I thought about moving Francis, but with Barbosa coming, I'd be stupid to move Francis to make room for Barbosa.
Also, only the RFA GM is required to keep that player for 1 full year. I think I can trade him after 60 days like normal.

Says if you match, you can't trade. Doesn't say anything about the offer sheet GM.RFA is simple. You have 48 hours to match or decline the offer. So 1:03 on Friday. If you match, you can not trade the player for one season. If a player is signed to a offer sheet and the previous GM does not match or decline, then it will automatically be declined.
