    I agree. I misread.

I do think holiday is a good spot up floor spacer and Gordon as well. The thing that excited me is that you never know where the pick and roll will be coming from. You can reverse the court quick if they overload.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Nah, he pulled that Jrue trade out of no where.

its just good to see interest in this franchise

I disagree. Jrue Gordon and Davis are all considered good defenders. Don't think we will be torched at all.

I kind of like the idea of Tyreke as a sixth man.

Can come in and back up three positions, so he would get more minutes than usual sixth men.

Lead the second team offense (aka be the second team offense).

Actually feels good to be apart of free agency.

Well, the Kings aren't looking to match any offers according to a report from 4 days ago.

So if we got him at below market value, I wouldn't be against it. However, I worry about fit. But hey, getting good, young players on good contracts is never a bad thing. He's 23 and had a really good year last year actually. He took a lot less shots in the dumbzone and had his best season shooting the 3. Maybe the trend continues.

I always felt a 1 Guard who can defend with a defensive anchor in the front court could sufficiently balance a teams defense.

Rather Evans so we can rid Gordon's contract and injuries!

I mistyped in my original post I meant to say our 3 has to be an elite 3 point shooter OR and elite defender and Evans is neither. I just don't see how Jrue/Gordon/Evans would work. Maybe he regressed because he played for a top 3 worst franchise in the NBA, but he just doesn't excite me. Demps knows what he's doing though, so I'll trust him and hope I'm wrong.

We already have that super sub, Ryno..
Can we afford to have him off the bench if we are serious about obtaining iggy?
or is it one or another..

Tyreke isn't coming to be here to be a 6th man.

Sacramento tried a lot of stuff that didn't work. Doesn't mean it wouldn't work here.

I think it could be a backup plan for iggy or a GV plan is in place and TE will run the second unit.

What do you guys think it will take to get Evans, I'd say 3 years 25 million

Why not? I think he could be serviceable at the 2 or 3.

Okay... Who will he guard on defense. That's what I base my positions off of.

Also, I think Tyreke would be great here. I like him because he can go 1-3 on the depth chart, and can never have enough scorers.

Tyreke Evans in a sign and trade for Rivers? Would you?

  23. #73
I just think 3 ball handlers. Makes me drool.

Kings have already shown they are moving on. They drafted McLemore.
