HR SIM LEAGUE: MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES
Mod over at reddit.com/r/NOLAPelicans
I just use the same numbers everyone has. A for what exactly cumulates Im still working on it so I'm holding off until I have something steady and consistent. I have more ideas so I may jut scrap this format later.
It'll ok man. This is the point where you need to pull that Copland or Ryno deals. You've got 2 guys you know are a part of a contender. Now add some future bench guys via trades (think salary cap relief for some of the heavy spenders). Then make that big splash and get on the map.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I would just sit out this season unless someone wants Finley and take what you can get on him (no longterm need for you). You'll add a nice piece in the draft and then you should either go for the max money homerun (think signing Vince Carter) or base hitting to death on cheap bargain starters.
Your front court really needs work. Collier was a third stringer on a team weak with depth and now he's starting for you, that's not what you want. You have two really good players in Prince and Francis. Use this strong FA and your 16 million projected cap space to fill out your roster. My advice don't bid first sim unless it's on an A list max guy.
