Why cause he left the hornets... The man did everything he could to make this team better its not his fault we couldn't get pieces around him I truly hopes he gets a ring

He lets others in his camp act like D12 for him.

Keep in mind, Chris Broussard is often a lackey for players agents and/or "brothers".

He won't sign it, so it's irrelevant. He's not coming back

LOL, ok, keep being naive. You're right, Chris is a Saint. Only difference between CP and Howard is Chris is smart enough to not act like an idiot in the publics eye. Plus he just gets Broussard to write pieces like this for his image. Dude "just wants to win" and is happy playing for the Clippers? Please, that organization was as bad as the Shinn Hornets. Keep believing everything he says if you want but it's all BS.

I was saying the same thing yesterday on the playoff thread. Give George and Paul deals like Lebron's, that allows you to keep Hibbert, and maybe West. You have to move Hill and Granger but that shouldn't be impossible.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

We definitely heard the "Just want to win" mantra when CP3 was on the outs. A lot of similarities in fact. First round exit. Shifting talent around to appease and getting friends on the team. All that's left if for another friend to get married and make some kinda toast comment that gets blown outta proportion.

What's getting overlooked here is that IT WAS VINNY DEL NEGRO, possibly the most incompetent coach in the league. The only reason Sterling liked him is because he was cheap.

I can't speak for others but I know I, for one, am not butthurt. I understand wanting to have a better chance at winning but he went to the Clippers. A team that when you think of winning, they were one of the last teams you'd think about. Now if you just wanted to be in a bigger market because people are in your ear telling you you should be in a big market or your thinking that being in a bigger market gives you a better chance at winning, then just say so. But don't go there talking like you're going to a winning, ten times better organization. Just don't do that. I think that's what a lot of people here's beef is with Chris. The only thing the Clippers had over the Hornets at the time that Paul left was stability. Stability in knowing that the Clippers weren't a relocation threat. That, along with them being in a big market. That is all they had over the Hornets.

So basically, in a word, butthurt.

Lol, I'm butt hurt because prima donna crybabies say? Why doesn't Chris just admit he didn't want VDN as his coach? Because all he's worried about us his brand and his image. You can keep believing what he says though, I'm sure it's all about a championship and not that 20 million a year contract he's going to sign somewhere and if its with the Clips, then LOL. That organization is and always has been a bottom 3-5 organization in the league.

I think butthurt describes CP3 at the moment.

I wouldn't all it butt hurt over him leaving. West left, I still love that guy. Just the way Chris flops in games and whines outside was always one of those things you over looked while he was here, but when he's abandon you... He really is kinda whiny. He also plays kind of dirty, like when he popped into Marc Gasol's surgically repaired stomach in the middle of the playoffs? I mean come on. The fact that he said he only wanted to win but included teams like New York and Clippers over actually good teams that he COULD win with? Paul just isn't that likeable of a guy.

If we hired VDN I would be as upset as CP3 was when VDN was their coach.

    Leave CPMe alone.

Where did this name originate from?

  19. #44
Hmmm, Mark Cuban canceled some events he had in first part of July so he could concentrate on Mavs free agency. Clearly he wants CPME.

  20. #45
Not from this thread but past actions. There are plenty of reasons to be upset with CP3, but this isn't one of them.

  21. #46
"CPme" or not, if you wouldn't want him back I'm not sure you have the Pels' best interest at heart

  22. #47
He his not coming back here, Already been wining and dining with Cuban. Oh and Dirk agreed to paycut. Hint Hint Hint

If he's mad it's because he likely wanted them to get rid of Vinny and while they likely did it to appease him, he didn't want that to get out because then people would start labeling him a coach killer. I don't think players like being labeled coach killers. Likely is the keyword.

My favorite part of his press conference when he became a Clipper "I am so happy to come to a team with so much history". History of suckin. LOL
