HR SIM LEAGUE: MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES
Mod over at reddit.com/r/NOLAPelicans
That McDyess deal got me Pierce.
Also did trell sign Christie?
I don't want to say that every podcast gets worse...
I've loved it so far. Like 40 minutes left. #TreatYoSelf
HR Sim League Orlando Magic
PG: Luke Ridnour, Delonte West, Greg Minor
SG: Andre Iguodala, Mickael Pietrus
SF: Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Boris Diaw
PF: Charlie Villanueva, Ian Mahinimi, Amir Johnson
C: Eddy Curry, Mamadou Ndiaye, Adam Parada
I dont agree, 2nd was the worst. 3rd was the best.
Celtics arent going to catch me ("us" 4 teams at 8.5 GB of 1st seed). People picked them to win the championship at the beginning of the year and now they're being overrated again even with Hill. They've dug themselves too far a hole to make it up.
Also agree with the fines portion, it'll force activity.

Also thanks for the advice. I know my patience in this game sucks. Need to work on that.
I honestly don't want to make the playoffs to win. I want to make the playoffs just so you all can say on your podcast that you were WRONG about the Mavs not making the playoffs! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! You will eat your words!!!!!!
Good listen though. It always a good listen because it's about the league. But you could def tell it was thrown together which was fine. I enjoyed it.
I felt like this was a bonus episode so I was pleased. And it was much needed after yesterday's events.
Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams
Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
Exactly, we'll be doing our usual Friday edition... This was like a Marvel .1 issue lol
Also as far as MIP goes, I just think it's more impressive to do a whole lot more in the same amount of minutes than it is to do more with increased mins. But either way I'm changing my vote to Al Jefferson.
My reaction to this altogether.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Don't get me wrong, his growth has been impressive but distance traveled from Point A (last year) to B (this year) is less than Artest IMO.
Per 36 number comparison:
RPG APG SPG BPG TOPG PPG
Last year 11.92 1.54 0.44 1.32 2.20 20.09
This year 11.64 2.28 0.84 1.8 1.8 25.92
His real jump was PPG.
Artest has my vote for MIP, crazy increase in production and efficiency.
Finally got to listen to the whole thing, great as usual. And as for Tray's rant about me overtaking him and then complaining about Arenas' injury, I've been without at least 1 of Webber, Shaq, or Hill for 41 out of 56 games...
