He sucks badly as a coach. He made a mess when he was here, especially with the young guys.

Not sure where CP stands on Byron anymore.

how'd he survive as long as he did? Jason Kidd... CP3... but Kyrie Irving couldn't save his butt

Detroits coach Lawrence Frank also might be released today.

    ESPNSteinLine Marc Stein
Story going online now: Pistons have notified Lawrence Frank that won't be retained as coach. Link on way momentarily

And Doug Collins is taking another position with the Sixers so that's 3 teams now that will be in search of new head coaches.

I think CP3 still likes Byron Scott, he did endorse him to LeBron days before he bolted to Miami.

B.S. back in L.A. would be great for the Pels fans. Watching him fail on that big of a stage would be fun to watch

    Byron Scott fired by Cavs

Scapegoat. Lol. Like Cleveland was actually trying to win. Thus just means the Cavs will actually stop trying to lose starting next season.

Probably their plan all along. Scott was hired for the very purpose. He fulfilled his purpose. 3 years of tanking and now they're ready to get serious in Cleveland.

Think about this too; apparently they are going after Oden... Maybe they are taking next season seriously. Next draft is deep but its not like their absent of talent by any means.
