To Keep OR Trade Eric Gordon

    Please Read Before Voting:

Over Gordon's last 3 games he is averaging 21 points and 6 assists, for comparison stef curry who is playing better than any guard is averaging 22.5 points and 7 assists. You can see Gordon is coming back to form with his explosion and ball handling.

    1. To Keep Gordon
    - Even though he looks good now with an entire off season of rehab, a good draft pick, and all the trade value we have we could put a very good team around him not making him doubled team anymore and could see him averaging 22-6 all while being a good defender.
    - Gordon is like an anthony davis of guards as in davis can do everything from shoot, rebound, defend, post, dunk pass, Gordon can do everything from shoot, drive, get to the FT, pass and defend, which is rare and few guards can do it. And if Gordon continues to stay healthy I see him being the 2nd best SG in the league behind only Harden in 2 years.

    2. To Trade Gordon
    - While people think his trade value isn't high I tend to disagree. Dwayne Wade was plagued by injuries but stuck through them and became the great player he is and their game is very similar. I think we could definetly get a very nice piece for Eric Gordon
    - It could be better to trade Gordon because he can never stay healthy due to his pitbull attacking mentality. I just hope it wouldn't come back to haunt us because like I said he has a very rare skill set in which he can do absolutely everything.

I think Gordon with a full off season and weapons around him will be phenomenal next year, if there are no injuries but that is unpredictable, so is life.

    Keep him.

If we trade him, it'll be the dumbest move we've made since trading Kobe on draft day.

Keep him. Go after Brandon Jennings and Corey Brewer in free agency. Draft the BPA out of Ben McLemore, Otto Porter, Victor Oladipo, Marcus Smart, Shabazz Muhammed, or Trey Burke. 1st team: Jennings, Gordon, Brewer, Davis, & Lopez 2nd team: Vasquez, Rivers, Muhammed, Anderson, & Smith. With Darius Miller & Brian Roberts at the end of the bench. CHAMPIONSHIP lol

I'd be happy with that team:

    Jennings/Vasquez/Roberts
    Gordon/Rivers/Miller
Brewer or Webster or Budinger/ Muhammad/Miller
    Davis/Anderson
    Lopez/Smith

Keep him, if the injuries respect him enough, he will be a top sg in few years. He's one of the centerpieces of this team that has to allow us to become contenders.
We don't have to forget that he has still some rust after being 1 year inactive.

Trade, 3 games doesnt erase 2 years of headache. Rather worry about other stuff other then if he'll play or if hes happy or not. Honestly dont see what hes done to warrent the benefit of the doubt in every situation involving him.

Keep him for atleast another season and pray he stays healthy. EG10 and AD are really starting to get something going.

  17. #17
I don't think you can just say whether you want to keep or trade him without knowing what kid of offers are out there. I think the Pels should be open to offers, but not desperate. If some team offers a great package then take it, but don't be do a trade where the value back is pennies on the dollar.

Trade. Dude is an injury in roller skates wiring to happen. Get his value up, and trade him before next offseason.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

Tough call. I would like to get out from under the drama and contract. However, I am not sure we can get much value.

  21. #21
I too would like to get out from under the contract, and the career avg. of playing 66% of games a season.

  22. #22
I say trade. Even if he does actually play 65 games next year, and despite his obvious talent, there are a lot of things I don't like about his game. And he's just hard to root for.
