See ricky jackson tonight... I mean he beat vasquez off the jump ball... Vasquez should of been ready for defense knowing Durant was going to win that... Jackson got to the basket in 1.5 seconds. No resistance at all.

I guess that's a better way to put it.

Do you ever wonder why Mason, a vet, is very commonly in the Monty doghouse? Greivis is a terrible defender but Roger Mason is a retarded defender.

I must admit, the biggest head scratcher to me is Miller not playing more.

Though I suspect it's Monty being tough on a second round rookie or wanting to give guys like Henry every chance to prove themselves since Miller will likely be back next year.

Because its more beneficial for the future of the team to let younger players get more time than a veteran because we arent good. I dont think it has anything to do with Mason being in the "doghouse"

    Austin is giving me hope.

He needs to throw one down, I know he can.

    Nice drive and scoop, Rivers.

Dude looks comfortable out there now.

    So does Martin.

I don't know why this is even a discussion. Mason was never part of the future. Vasquez has been, and we can't continue with his defense.

I respectfully disagree. I believe this team wants to win and will use whatever lineup to win. If we're doing whats beneficial for the future, why isn't AD in the 4th quarter commonly? I don't think anyone understands how bad Roger Masons defense is. It's truly atrocious. But of course, this board focuses on Greivis Vasquez, so he's our worst defender. He's the reason Paul George and Caron Butler dropped 10+ threes.

  18. #93
Did Vasquez just get elbowed in the face by Perkins on that missed 3?

  19. #94
Darius had a wide open shot and he tried to pass it earlier in the quarter almost losing possession. It looked really bad.

    We got very lucky there.

awesome and georgetown basketball are not usually used in the same sentence. They average like 38 points a game
