Parsons has a team option for the next two years.
follow me @SportsPillowTlk . I blog and have a podcast about Gulf Coast Sports, Saint, Texans, Rockets, Hornets, LSU, Cougars, Longhorns, NBA, NFL, MLB, Astros
i have no idea why any team would trade for gordon now
if he was still with the clippers, missed the same games with the same injuries, and just signed the same contract, would anyone here advocate trading a recent lottery pick and a future lottery pick for him?
So Parsons for Gordon makes the Hornets a better team?. Do we just want to get rid of Gordon or do we just like to be included in trade chatter or do we actually want a good team? Not being jerk, I'm honestly asking this question.
Got this off another forum

New Orleans Hornets shooting guard Eric Gordon missed Wednesday night's game against the Portland Trail Blazers after spraining his right hand during the team's morning shootaround at the New Orleans Arena, team officials confirmed. The Hornets did not announce Gordon would sit out until 35 minutes before tipoff. He was not available for comment and was not on the bench with the team during the game. Gordon also was not seen in the locker room afterward. New Orleans Times-Picayune
Could it already been a trade in principle w/ Rockets but wanted to see Motiejunas and others play...and I also did not know that if Harden miss All-Star game that he have to miss the next game....it feels super strange...to bad we can' move Anderson or Beverley until April 2nd and 7th respectfully
we want a guy we can depend on for at least 70+ games. at least from my point of View. and looking at parsons i'm not sure how you can say it wouldnt make us better. nothing personal but i'd like to have a player that can play Back to backs.
Rockets have no need for him.
Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams
Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
I wonder what the Warriors fans are saying about this.
One of the reasons Klay Thompson is getting pub is because he had a crazy 1st half vs us. We didn't let him get much in the 2nd half, granted.
I'm indifferent, but we'll see...
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Supposedly, they want to play Harden at the 3, and pair him with Gordon at the 2 - much like I wanted to do here. That is a scary duo. That said, Houston doesn't have the pieces that we would want for Gordon.
Best offer they could make would be DMo, TJones, and Parsons, and I still wouldn't do it. DMo and Jones are nice prospects, but we don't know if they would pan out, and Parsons is a role player.
I just hope Gordon returns and has like a ridiculous 5 game streak and then all this trade talk can stop.... A couple points. 1. Oj mayo is overrated. 2. Golden state is not trading Klay Thompson. 3. I didn't read all these posts so this may have already been posted by someone, but whatever
I wonder what Dell wants to do. (I put this comment on another thread, then tried to edit it).
