He didn't say anything about playing.

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

Of course he's coming back to New Orleans in a week. Once he's traded he'll need to pick up whatever crap he brought with him from Los Angelas to take back with him.

    Like Aminu...his shoes...

Good news. At least he will be on the bench looking good in suits. I don't expect him to play the first day he gets back, but his Offense and Defense would greatly help this team.

unlike other fans, I feel like he'll prove a lot of people wrong and we go on a serious run.

Well i know fans are angry and frustated at the whole gordon situation...but he will be forced to play his best basketball to improve his trade stock if he doesn't want to be here. So this is a win - win for the team. Either he balls out and is traded later or he helps the team by his stellar play.

I just wanna watch this team healthy, preferably for at least 10 games lol.

Really, man, you aren't getting a guy at #3 that is leaps and bounds better than who you'd get at #13 in terms of raw talent. I mean, Adonis If this was NEXT season's draft with Jabari Parker and/or Andrew Wiggins sitting at the top? Then you have something I'd at least accept the reasoning.

But if you go by any mocks out right now, James McAdoo and Alex Poythress could be late lotto picks.

For a full, complete breakdown of Gordon's Twitter account, you guys have to read this:

    may be naive...

but i think there's a chance playing with AD might change his mind about new orleans.

we'll see. he clearly has to play well for his trade value regardless

There's also the word of him not liking being second banana to Blake Griffin in LA. I can imagine competitive fervor, but if he was really upset about it, don't sit well.

    Oh well. We'll find out.

Exactly. I'm just looking forward to some clarity. Either he's healthy or he's not. Either he's willing to play here or he's not. Let's find out.
