It just wasn't going to happen.
I feel the same way. It's rare to get guys that want to be here. This is the first trade since the CJ trade that I felt like the team lost something. I understand why both were done but it still feels like we lost something. Especially when Hart and Naw paid to come to that last game. Then BI there fir the first half of the Nugs game and then not the 2nd half. Griff said he wanted it to be like a family but he broke that when he dealt Hart and Naw. Anyway, moving right along now.

Why the people say that we have to cut Brown? Olynyk has 2 years (this and the next) and is a good fit next to Zion from the bench because he can shoot, so wi have to keep him but... why not keep Bruce Brown? He is in good age (28y), he played well in Denver, despite in Indiana after signing that huge contract played much worse and in Toronto haven't played many minutes is a good role player and plays DEFENSE (or is what I remember). I think we can add him to the rotation and sign him for 2-3 years for a decent price. You need players like this.

I think Olynyk plays very little defense at this point.

I’m torn on this. As a basketball player, I wasn’t a fan of his lack of adjusting to the system. As a person, he seems to be a really genuine dude that was loved by everyone and vice versa. This hurts a little, similar to Jrue Holiday.

Agree, though I didn't care at all when Jrue left. Life goes on though.
