    Pelicans Game 19 Thread - November 25th - Raptors @ Pelicans - 4-14

    Murray is back!
Trey, Hawk and BI are questionable.
CJ is not on the injury list.

Raptors are equally terrible so far. Perfect game to shake the rust and get a win at home.

Just here to say this is the worst coached team you will ever see.

No Trey , No BI now. This sheet is BEYOND F'ing ridiculous

This is F'ing INEXCUSABLE down 19 to the WORST team in the league. I wish we had an owner with some real BALLS and she would fire DG and WG

Willie Green has to be fired. These are still NBA players who can’t run an offense, because the Pelicans have no offensive system. It’s just a bunch of iso ball.

No offensive system 4 years later. No halftime adjustments 4 years later. Legitimately zero progress as a coach. I don’t think I have ever seen anything like this. He has not made a single adjustment in years. Bizarre to say the least.

I think that next home game NO Pels fans should show up everyone stay home as a show of non-support for WG and DG. Let it be the only fans in the blender are the other teams fans. MAKE A STATEMENT. I'll EVEN BUY A TICKET TO NO SHOW

Laughable at this point. Yes, injuries have been an issue this year. But regardless of who is on the court, when your team has NO CLUE on offense or defense, that’s on the head coach.

Remember, even when they were fully healthy last year, this was a terrible 4th quarter team. Again, coaching. WG is not an NBA head coach and continuing to employ him as such is basically throwing in the towel.

    Drive that tank, Willie!

Dammit Mrs B you told Loomis to fire DA mid-season at least tell DG to fire WG in-season

We have to see what we have in Borrego before he becomes a solid head coach somewhere else.

This is paper bag on your head bad. I may buy a ticket and wear a " FIRE WILLIE GREEN " paper bag on my head and go. These players should be embarrassed at ho bad they are playing. EVERY Pels fan deserves a refund on their ticket for this game

Even if Green wasn't part of the problem, I don't think you can afford to find out. The Pellies can't really afford to have a bad season anymore. If he had won those 3 games early that he should have, I don't think there would be any pressure on him from the fans. Injury crisis or not, we need to become a winning franchise if we are approaching the luxury. That doesn't look like it will be the case with Green.

This is the real problem. If the team is going to be a tax team and isn't winning the only real choice is to blow it up.

I was literally thinking it's Green or Zion. I think the obvious choice is Zion as I don't think it's easy for a small market team to acquire talent of his caliber. There is a real argument for blowing it up with Ingram on his way out. All I can say is something has got to give. I have seen little so suggest that the current formula is working. It feels like Gentry with AD all over again. Always underachieving even if there is some bad luck involved. Other teams do more with less.

It's to a point where you at least need to retool the top of the roster. We can't have the top guys always injured. I get the idea of waiting for Zion to cone around, he's so freaking talented. But at some point you need to try and get people that are reliable. We just can't continually rely on guys that are constantly injured. We've tried it for a few years now and it just isn't improving. Last year was a little better but it appears it was an outlier at this point.
