Draft 2024 NBA Draft Night Thread

    The night is here!

Unlike the standard off-season thread, which is for all signings/trades/rumours et cetera, I thought it would be a good idea to open up a new thread specifically following the draft.

This thread is not for general news, but is exclusively for draft picks and draft night trades.

    Let's get it started.
    Basketball.

Woj stakes the expectation for 1st pick

Risacher at #1 would be a horrible choice imo, I have him closer to the end of the lottery. There's upside but he's a way off.

    Adam Silver at the podium

We're picking at 21 assuming we keep the pick.

I started this thread but then nobody posted in it so we're all just in the main offseason thread lmao

Rob Dillingham is currently sliding - I don't expect him to be there, but if he is, he's the best PG prospect in the class imo. Isaiah Collier also sliding, and he's the second best PG in the class imo - Bleacher Report had him going 26th, I think. If he's still there at 21, I take him every day.

Capela type is the right way to be thinking, yes.

He has strengths, I think his selection at this spot in the draft is absolutely fair and I don't mind the fit. He's a solid prospect.
