That's a killer illustration, also.

Congratulations to Zion Williamson for being named an all-star Starter for 2022-23! He might even be healthy enough to suit up for it, though I wouldn't expect major minutes.
2023 West All-Star starters:

LeBron James (captain)
Stephen Curry
Luka Doncic
Nikola Jokic
Zion Williamson
Full West Starting team
Basketball.
Makes sense
Not really seeing anybody in the front court who should be over him
Maybe sabonis kings are the 3rd seed
Congrats to him
Just cost the Ms Benson another 10-13M per year (can't remember the exact figures).
I know the voting was frontcourt/backcourt but it really just seems clear that they like having the 2guard/2forward/1centre thing going on, for tradition at least. So in reality, Sabonis was only ever competing with Jokic - and that was never going his way. Jokic was always getting that spot.
In 2015 LaMarcus Aldridge was an All-Star Starter! Zion has met his ceiling!!!!!
[I was going to post in the old thread, but sadly that thread is closed which saddens me]
In the end, the 200MM (including his rookie contract) might prove be a bigger waste of Mrs Benson's money then the Federal Government's use of our's. We have now officially crossed over into "CAP HELL"
SIDENOTE: Mac was correct; the right pick in 2019 was Ja Morant.
SIDENOTE # 2: My tagline is what it is for a reason.

The most important ABILITY that a player must demonstrate in order to claim "Superstar Status" is AVAILABILITY!!
This team is an absolute medical disaster. They lie about everything and then do this bull******** constantly. It’s pathetic!
josh may help temporarily but the ******* injury bug has been unrelenting since cp3 was here
Need to relocate to Seattle for a year to test if these injuries are a nola thing
I'm curious as to when this setback occurred. As I think back, I don't believe he was on the bench against the Cavaliers the other night.
How would you describe # 1's career, to date?
Me: 114 games played; 169 games missed or Greg Oden 2.0.
They make this fan ******** extremely hard. Most of us could probably run the team better than them. I feel like this thread has better basketball minds than the ownership and coaching staff. I don’t care what anyone says, this organization is inept.
Pels are going to be the scariest 8th seed in history once Zion gets back in April.
No bueno
All the curse words. I can't believe this is happening after the Saints season we just endured.
Maybe just bubble wrap him until mid March every year and then unleash him for a playoff run...
Honestly, when you think about it, this really isn't news at all. What would be news is that 'he's cleared to play'.
But, for the heck of it, who suits up again for the Pels first? EJ Liddell or # 1?
Not that uncommon with hamstring injuries. Sucks, but oh well.
Zion has played in 37% of possible games in the last 4 seasons.
He is never gonna be a healthy or reliable player. It’s malpractice that Griffin gave a guy like this that max contract. Seriously.
The best skill and ability will always be durability. And Zion doesn’t have any of it.
