I'm afraid we have identified Herb's ceiling. Still a good player...but more of a situational player. Would love to see DD inserted in starting lineup but would definutely settle for TM3.

Not going to say its his ceiling this early into his career. But he desperately needs to develop a 3. Or just put it on the floor and drive when he catches it behind the arc, idk. It’s been ugly for him tonight, and Memphis is actively encouraging him to shoot.
