Portis agreeing to stay in Milwaukee. Shams reports

After NBA championship, Portis’ loyalty was with Milwaukee and he cherished the organization’s culture and winning environment. The MIL community embraced him. Portis passed on more money in favor of the Bucks last summer — and this year he stuck with happiness and stability.

Portis turned down potential deals from the Mavericks and Heat, sources said. After six NBA seasons, Portis has found a home -- and will play to repeat as a champion next season.

Yeah this is a fine deal for both sides

    Acceptibo.
No way Sac does this trade without a 1st rounder involved.

If Fournier is still available he’s a perfect fit IMO

Why buddy because he can shoot 3’s? It a lot of money for a guy that does one thing. I’d rather spend on someone else. Plus I don’t think I’d want to come back to a team that traded me away. Bagley and Barnes would be interesting to me.

There's sentimental reasons for it, but he's also one of the greatest three point shooters in the history of NBA basketball and putting him on the court with Zion at the same time would be basically turning defenses into mashed potatoes

    Everyone’s getting snatched up fast

It's gonna be Midnight Hour for David unless he got a trade being cooked up unless he really wants to give out bad contract to low ceiling role players.

Our FA relations must be in the toilet.

So DeRozan, Dinwiddie, Oladipo, Powell, and Rose are all still available. Pels need to make serious offers or they’ll be gone in the next 2 hours.

I am going to suppose. What if Pelican make no moves today? Or in the next three days? How does that shape your present view of team and take what you think the core of the team thinks.

Griffin managed to get Valanciunas in a trade, granted that was through trade with a team and not directly negotiating with the player. But he has to be planning on get another good player in FA

Atleast Gayle saving $35 milly, I suppose.
