    no

this way we have a legit starting center for 2009/2010

if we traded tyson for expiring contracts, we wouldn't have any

something is not adding up here people. do you think TC made a big blow up and kind of refused to report to the team that traded for him, or is this the situation that actually happened?
I'll call you a nut job.....and I didn't even read all of your post.

Who are we going to trade? Peja, Mo-pete (he can't even play right now), all the people crying about TC can now be happy. We are stuck with a guy who will not be able to contribute anytime soon making 12 million a year.
why do all of you people only see the short term?

long term tyson staying on the hornets is good for the hornets

we're not doing anything major this year anyway

this stinks. we could have had 2 solid players for half a season, now we are stuck with a busted player who may never play for us again because he will be traded.

  7. #57
Wow. How did he fail it exactly? Personally...How awkward is this?

I wonder what Shinn is thinking right now?

    This is horrible news.

    1. We don't get Wilcox and Smith (and their expiring contracts)
    2. We get at 7'1 center with bad ankles who will not able to contribute no time soon. His ankle or some other body part must be real jacked up if he can't pass his physical
Dell Demps PLEASE get us some scorers!

this is not short sighted. over the last month we have played without tc, and we were no worse than when tc did play.

Welcome back TC. Can't wait for him to get healthy so we can make a playoff run.

we'll make the playoffs, maybe make it out of the first round, maybe we won't

the same as if we had joe smith and chris wilcox

but NEXT year, we'll have a starting caliber center

Are you serious? Wilcox and Smith gave us the depth and size we needed to compete in the West. No we are back with the oft injured C . TC can't pass a physical that's not good for the long term.

  16. #66
welcome back tc, see you later this season, or next, or never.

they gave us depth for half a season

next year we'd have no TC, no wilcox, and no smith. want to talk about no depth? talk about next year and the year after

This was my thought if HH was right about TC's injury being chronic. How could we trade a player if he's injured?

Well if we play the rest of the season like we did tonight then maybe that won't be the case. Folks don't be fooled this team does have talent to cause a stir in the playoffs if then can get healthy and bring their A game more often then not.

    eh

    not really

    not enough offense

Long term this is good for the Hornets if Ty comes back 100% next year.

Bower can move Posey to the Cavs or even the Celts. It can be done.

Yeah that's the reason we traded him. Too fail a physical means that TC is not healthy enough to play NBA basketball.

and please, before anybody goes off and lists centers, please list actual centers

don't list tim duncan, kg, amare, dirk, gasol sheed, or other 4s
